DHCP Relay Issue: Router Can Ping DHCP Server, but End Devices Cannot Obtain IP Address - Packet Tracer [closed]

Im setting up a network where multiple subnets share a single DHCP server. The router can ping the DHCP server, but end devices connected to the router cannot obtain an IP address. Heres my setup and what Ive tried so far: Network Setup: DHCP Server: IP: 192.10.0.2 Main Switch: Connects to the DHCP server and all routers.

IP addresses on Comcast business router

I have a comcast business router and the only thing behind it is an unmanaged switch. All of the IP addresses on my PCs are 192.168 but when I log into the router everything shows 10.0 I wanted to setup static IPs because I'm having some trouble on the network with printers but struggling with this IP addressing issue.
