why this interface is going into root inconsistent state if I turn on root guard? [closed]

I am learning still learning STP, and i tried few settings and i dont understand this i have this situation like in the image, and initially on sw3, i had et9 interface on alternate state [i am running MSTP ]. But the moment i enable root guard option, the interface goes to root inconsistent state and according to my understanding, i think its because that interface is detecting a superior BPDU packet right ?
