I have multiple sensor boards that are streaming 3856 byte packets at 1 kHz. Each of these are streaming to a router, which is acting as a local AP connected to Ethernet to my computer where I process the data in real time. I have 4 boards so I'm handling about ~138 Mb/s of data transmision. Each sensor board acts as a UDP server, it just blasts the data until my host computer subscribes to the UDP stream.

I have a TCP server running on my Ubuntu gateway computer at 10.0.0.1:8080. My Wi-Fi is connected to the gateway's LAN (enp4s0) port, and my modem is in bridge mode and plugged into enp3s0. I can tell the service is working correctly because when I use curl -x 10.0.0.1:8080 [link] , I see the correct traffic returning and logs showing from my server on 8080.

I am trying to explain to someone why their SNMP manager should not be displaying raw numerical OIDs for a device I manage and is sending northbound traps. Ive supplied them with the MIB but they seem clueless as to what to do with it. I can demonstrate to them what they should be seeing but I am struggling to find the right term for the translated OIDs (i.e. the alpha-numeric strings).
