I have a cheapo ESP32-based smart outlet (the Etekcity ESWO1-USA2 , to be specific). It's been working fine on the default VLAN. I'm now undergoing the process of VLAN-ifying my network, and moving IoT stuff to a separate VLAN, which I'll eventually lock down (but haven't yet). I've tried: Dedicated network on the default VLAN: works. Same network SSID, non-default VLAN: WiFi does not connect.
