This is the key problem with every musical blockchain initiative I've ever seen. Proposals whose "blockchain" would need to add 1GB/hour, that sort of thing. In a two socket server, that equates to 128 physical cores and 256 threads in a single box. This industrializes and 10x existing processes and creates new ones.
